If you're NOT Licensed?

What should you expect as an EXIT Student?

Why?
IF you use Real Estate Express?

A. The 3 Classes required for California are $149. (They are in every State).
B. The Exam Prep sounds great and is $69.
C. The website is easy to navigate.
D. They've been in business a long time.
E. They are Nation Wide, so you'll get State Specific Education.
GET a TEST DATE!
The classes are online, open book.
For example? California requires you to complete the 3 classes (and print the certificates off your computer) before you can apply for a test date. To get the rules for your State? Visit Real Estate Express.
For California?
You'll sign up and get a pass word to your online classes. Finish the first class as fast as you can because CA makes you wait 18 days between classes! You'll be taking 135 class hours. Typically? You can get each of the 3 classes done in 3 to 9 hours.
Be sure to go to Real Estate Express and find all the exact requirments for your State.
WARNING:
On the State Application? DO NOT LIE or forget to tell them everything! We had a 50 year old person make application and forgot about her DUI when she was 18. It took her 3 extra months to clear that up!
Can you get a license if you're a Felon?
Yes. It takes time to go throught the Court System for this. 6 months to a year . . .
IF you're determined? You can do it!!!
DID YOU GET A SPEEDING TICKET IN ARIZONA IN 1998?
The State will check your background!
Get your live-scan finger prints done so the State can run an FBI check on you! Use Google to find a provider near you. The cost should be about $75.00.
The correct form from the DRE for this, comes with your test date in the mail, so don’t lose it. If you have ANYTHING in your background, tell the State. In fact, you can do your fingerprints FIRST and get them sent into the DRE so you can clear any problems now. Make sure the provider doing your prints has the correct DRE Form!
GET READY - KNOW WHEN & WHERE THE TEST IS and BE ON TIME!!
Figure out where you’re going to take the exam and how to get there. Determine to pass the test even if you have to take the exam two or even three times! You can do it! *** Be TOUGH!! ***
AFTER YOU TAKE THE TEST You can check on line to see if you passed
(About 7 days after taking it). After passing the State exam, apply for your license.
The forms will be with your test results, in the mail. The State will charge about $175.00 (CA).
Call the EXIT Realtor who sent you here to arrange to have their EXIT Broker sign your form.
Get a money order or cashier’s check or use a Card.
Send in your License Form to the State. Read the Form CAREFULLY!
Send it “Return Receipt Requested”. Once you’ve sent this stuff off, watch on-line for your license, then call the EXIT Realtor that sent you here, & make an appointment to hang it with the EXIT Broker.
You’ll also need to join the MLS and become a REALTOR ($400.00-$600.00) and you’ll buy an electronic key ($175.00 to $200.00) so you can show houses!!
NOW you’re cookin’ ! You’re starting a business, & everyone goes through a gestation period . . . YOU CAN make $100,000 or much more!!
Remember, it takes time, so take this thing one step at a time!
